Zackary Hanna
Co-Founder, HWS AI Club · Founder & CEO, Licom AI
Zack co-founded the HWS AI Club in August 2025 and is the founder and CEO of Licom AI, a B2B AI consulting and implementation agency he started from his dorm room and grew to a team of six. His client work spans full ERP platforms, logistics optimization, and AI voice agents.
He now studies at Northeastern University. He co-founded the club while at Hobart and William Smith, where he held a Trustee Scholarship and sat on the Investment Club board, and in summer 2026 he joined Enlaye — an AI-native construction risk platform out of the Harvard Innovation Labs — as the only undergraduate on an all-Harvard team.
He also sits on the board of Sundai, the Boston community out of MIT and Harvard that builds and launches AI prototypes every Sunday.
His view, and the reason the club exists: the gap isn’t knowledge, it’s implementation. Most people know AI matters. Far fewer can make it work inside the way they actually study or run a business.
